Why its Na Yin is called 天上火, from 「论纳音取象」
气过阳宫，重离相会，炳灵交光，发辉炎上
Its qi has passed the height of yang; Li meets Li, fire upon fire, and their bright lights cross and blaze upward.

Is 己未 a good or bad pillar?
Not on its own; that depends on the whole chart, which this site does not read. Structurally, Ji is rooted in 未, which clashes with 丑 and combines with 午.
What is the Na Yin of Ji Wei?
