Why its Na Yin is called 霹雳火, from 「论纳音取象」
盖气在一阳，形居水位，水中之火，非神龙则无
Its qi is at the first stirring of yang and its form in the place of water: fire inside water, which nothing but a divine dragon can make.

Is 己丑 a good or bad pillar?
Not on its own; that depends on the whole chart, which this site does not read. Structurally, Ji is rooted in 丑, which clashes with 未 and combines with 子.
