己亥: the grassy stalks of mugwort.
Why its Na Yin is called 平地木, from 「论纳音取象」
气归藏伏，阴阳闭塞，木气归根，伏乎土中
Its qi withdraws into hiding as yin and yang close: the wood's qi returns to its root and lies in the soil.

Is 己亥 a good or bad pillar?
Not on its own; that depends on the whole chart, which this site does not read. Structurally, Ji has no root in 亥, which clashes with 巳 and combines with 寅.
What is the Na Yin of Ji Hai?
