庚 (Geng) is the seventh Heavenly Stem, the yang partner of 辛 Xin in metal. The Di Tian Sui opens its verse with "Geng metal carries a killing edge", and its annotation describes Geng as yang metal, the essence of Venus.

庚金帶煞，剛強為最，得水而清，得火而銳，土潤則生，土乾則脆，能勝甲兄，輸於乙妹。
Geng metal carries a killing edge; it is the hardest and strongest. With water it becomes clear; with fire it becomes sharp. Moist earth gives it life; dry earth makes it brittle. It can overcome its elder brother Jia, but yields to its younger sister Yi.
The verse uses human words (kind, loyal, filial) for how the stems act on one another in a chart; it does not describe people.
What the annotation says
Geng is yang metal, the essence of Taibai (Venus). With water its qi flows and it is clear; with fire its qi is refined. Earth that holds water keeps it alive; earth that holds fire makes it brittle. Strong Jia it can cut down, but soft Yi combines with it and wins.
