己巳 is pillar 6 of the sixty: the yin earth stem 己 Ji over the Snake branch 巳 Si. The last 己巳 year was 1989 and the next is 2049; the next 己巳 day is Oct 22, 2026. The San Ming Tong Hui gives it the image of flowers and grass on the hilltop, and it shares the Na Yin Forest Wood (大林木) with 戊辰.

气不成量，物已及时，枝叶茂盛，郁然成林
Its qi is not yet at full measure, but things have reached their season: branches and leaves flourish into a dense forest.

Is 己巳 a good or bad pillar?
Not on its own; that depends on the whole chart, which this site does not read. Structurally, Ji is rooted in 巳, which clashes with 亥 and combines with 申.
What is the Na Yin of Ji Si?
Forest Wood (大林木), which Ji Si shares with 戊辰 Wu Chen; the Na Yin names go in pairs, 30 for the 60 pillars. The San Ming Tong Hui explains how the name was chosen in its 论纳音取象 section, quoted above.
