Its qi returns to rest and things are gathered in; the chapter adds that highway earth reaches out in all four directions.

Is 戊申 a good or bad pillar?
Not on its own; that depends on the whole chart, which this site does not read. Structurally, Wu is rooted in 申, which clashes with 寅 and combines with 巳.
What is the Na Yin of Wu Shen?
Highway Earth (大驿土), which Wu Shen shares with 己酉 Ji You; the Na Yin names go in pairs, 30 for the 60 pillars. The San Ming Tong Hui explains how the name was chosen in its 论纳音取象 section, quoted above.
