气能成物，功以育物
Its qi can bring things to completion, and its work is to nurture them; the chapter adds that city-wall earth serves as a rampart, on which rulers rely to found their states and protect their people.

Is 戊寅 a good or bad pillar?
Not on its own; that depends on the whole chart, which this site does not read. Structurally, Wu is rooted in 寅, which clashes with 申 and combines with 亥.
What is the Na Yin of Wu Yin?
