绝地存金，气尚柔弱，薄若缯缟
Metal survives in its place of extinction; its qi is still soft and weak, thin as silk. (The San Ming Tong Hui writes 金泊金, gold leaf.)

Is 壬寅 a good or bad pillar?
Not on its own; that depends on the whole chart, which this site does not read. Structurally, Ren has no root in 寅, which clashes with 申 and combines with 亥.
