Why its Na Yin is called 剑锋金, from 「论纳音取象」
盖申酉金之正位，干值壬癸，金水淬砺，故取象剑锋
申 and 酉 are metal's proper place, and with Ren and Gui as stems, metal is quenched and whetted by water: hence the image of a sword's edge.

Is 壬申 a good or bad pillar?
Not on its own; that depends on the whole chart, which this site does not read. Structurally, Ren is rooted in 申, which clashes with 寅 and combines with 巳.
