Why its Na Yin is called 涧下水, from 「论纳音取象」
盖气未通济，高段非水流之所，卑湿乃水就之乡，由地中行
Its qi does not yet flow freely: water does not run on high ground but goes to low, damp places, travelling through the earth.

Is 丙子 a good or bad pillar?
Not on its own; that depends on the whole chart, which this site does not read. Structurally, Bing has no root in 子, which clashes with 午 and combines with 丑.
What is the Na Yin of Bing Zi?
Stream Water (涧下水), which Bing Zi shares with 丁丑 Ding Chou; the Na Yin names go in pairs, 30 for the 60 pillars. The San Ming Tong Hui explains how the name was chosen in its 论纳音取象 section, quoted above.
